With the heaviest of hearts, it's time to say goodbye to London 2012 from us here on the C4 Paralympics live blog. Before I go, some useful info: if you want to watch any of the superhuman action from the Games, it will be available for you on this website until the end of 2012. I've been Jonathan Stevenson, big shout outs to fellow bloggers Mark Ashenden and Chris Murphy too, and see you around sometime. That was the best party I've ever been to. Thanks for the invite.
I've got a Paralyaralympics-sized hole in my life for sure. But here's some good news: the 2016 Paralympics in Rio de Janeiro get under way in 1,459 days only! OK, I tried.
The crowds are dispersing at The Mall and around the streets of London and the most incredible summer this country has ever witnessed is just about over. I've rarely ever felt so empty in my life. See you in the pub later?
