You’ve watched the Games, cheered on your ParalympicsGB heroes, lapped up the glory - and now you fancy giving it a try for yourself.


So how do you get involved in the different Paralympic sports?

 

Your first port of call should be Parasport, a site devised by the British Paralympic Association.

 

You can find out which summer and winter sports best suit your disability and find a disability-friendly sports club in your area.


And if you’ve already decided you want to be the next David Weir, Ellie Simmonds, Jonnie Peacock, Sarah Storey or any of the other GB stars, here are specific sites for the different sports.
