With an amazing 11 days of sport finally coming to an end, you may be left wondering what to do with yourself.


So why not ease your way back into normal life by reliving some of the most memorable moments of the 2012 Paralympic Games?


C4 Paralympics has picked out some of the best bits of video - from British gold medals to hard-hitting interviews - the best of the action, the reaction and the unexpected is all rounded up here.

Day 1 - Thursday 30 August

- Mark Colbourne gets GB on the medal table, with a silver in the 1K time trial

- Sarah Storey soon bags the first GB gold, with victory in the 3K individual pursuit

- And Jon Fox grabs GB's first gold in the pool in the 100m backstroke

- Ben Quilter gives a fascinating interview after his bronze in the judo, just months after rupturing knee ligaments and damaging his back


Day 2 - Friday 31 August

-  Mark Colbourne adds another medal to to his - and ParalymicsGB's haul, and this time it's a gold in the individual pursuit

- It's not big and it's not clever, but cyclist Jody Cundy's foul-mouthed outburst after his controversial disqualification from the pursuit will live long in the memory (Warning: contains explicit language)

- Hannah Cockroft wins GB's first athletics medal with a dominant display in the T34 100m


Day 3 - Saturday 1 September

- Not to be outdone by his wife Sarah, Barney Storey - together with Neil Fachie - grabs gold in the individual time trial

- Richard Whitehead - he of the "two-gun salute" - powers through the field to win the T42 200m

- Natasha Baker claims GB's first equestrian gold in the dressage

- Sarah Storey taker her second gold of the Games in the 500m time trial

- Ellie Simmonds justifies the hype with a brilliant swim to take gold in the 400m freestyle 

- Republic of Ireland sprinter Jason Smyth lights up the stadium with a sensational run to win gold in the T13 100m in a world record time of 10.46 secs


Day 4 - Sunday 2 September

- Oscar Pistorius is pipped on the line  by Brazil's Alan Oliveira in the 200m in one of the biggest shocks of the Games and then makes waves with an explosive interview straight after the race

- GB wheelchair athlete David Weir earns his first gold with a thrilling sprint finish to outpace his rivals and win the 5000m

- Rowers David Smith, James Roe, Naomi Riches and Pam Relph - under the watchful eye of cox Lily van der Broecke - secure gold in the mixed coxed fours

- Welshman Aled Davies wins the F42 discus and celebrates in style

- Anthony Kappes and Craig Maclean win the gold medal in the individual sprint in a 'cat-and-mouse' battle in the velodrome

- Jessica-Jane Applegate keeps the gold coming in for GB  in the Aquatics Centre, winning the 200m freestyle

- The GB equestrian squad of Lee Pearson, Sophie Wells, Deborah Criddle and Sophie Cristiansen win the team gold, while Sophie also gets an individual gold of her own


Day 5 - Monday 3 September

- Another gold for Ellie Simmonds  as she blows away the competition to take the gold in the 200m individual medley

- Natasha Baker carries on the great work of the GB equestrian set-up with gold in the grade II freestyle test

- Mickey Bushell starts like a rocket and never looks back as he secures gold in the T53 100m in a new Paralympic record time 

- The F42 high jump competition captivates fans as athletes with single above-knee amputations clear astonishing heights 


Day 6 - Tuesday 4 September

- It's David Weir's night again in the Olympic Stadium as he outclasses the opposition in the T54 1500m

- Danielle Brown leads a GB one-two in the compound archery competition, pipping team-mate Mel Clarke to the gold medal

- Another gold medal for equestrian rider Sophie Cristiansen as she win the grade 1a freestyle event

- Heather Frederiksen takes the gold medal in the S6 100m backstroke

- There's  not a dry eye in the house as an emotional Matt Walker talks about his late father after winning the bronze medal in the 50m freestyle

- The guide runner for Portugal's Maria Fiuza hinders rather than helps his athlete as he trips her up in the home straight of the 1500m


Day 7 - Wednesday 5 September

- Sarah Storey is at it again, winning her third gold of an amazingly successful Games for her personally, this time in the individual time trial

- And Ollie Hynd adds another GB swimming gold to the tally, with victory in the 200m individual medley

- The  celebrations of Brazilian athlete Terezinha Guilhermina put a smile on the face of the Olympic Stadium crowd


Day 8 - Thursday 6 September

- One of the most anticipated races in Parlaympic history ends with GB's Jonnie Peacock winning the 100m, with Oscar Pistorius beaten into fourth

- David Weir is simply unbeatable as he adds another gold to his collection,  this time in the 800m

- Hannah Cockroft is another GB athlete to win more than one gold as she storms to victory in the 200m

- Sarah Storey's awesome Games continues with a gold medal in the road race event, taking her personal haul up to four

- Helena Lucas wins gold in the sailing for GB without even racing on the final day

- At the age of 15, Josef Craig wins a brilliant gold and sets a new world record in the 400m freestyle

- Wheelchair rugby is one of  the 'hit' sports of the Games (in every sense of the word) and the star performer is unquestionably Australia's Ryley Batt, who is not afraid of the odd big tackle


Day 9 - Friday 7 September

- Joise Pearson sets a new world record  as she takes gold in the discus

- In one of the races of the Games, the GB women's 4x100m relay team stage a remarkable recovery but lose out by 0.03 secs


Day 10 - Saturday 8 September

- Oscar Pistorius shrugs off the pressure and cruises to a dominant victory in the 400m to take his first individual gold of the Games

- David Stone seals another cycling gold for GB in the road race

- There's an amazing finish in the T37 100m final as two athletes are awarded exactly the same time - also a world record - but are somehow separated into gold and silver medal positions

- One of the unforgettable images of London 2012 is the  commitment shown by USA wheelchair basketball player Steve Serio to save possession with no thought for his personal safety


Day 11 - Sunday 9 September

- GB superstar David Weir secures his fourth gold of the Games with a simply brilliant finish to the marathon race, creating more memories which will last a lifetime

- The world is treated to a spectacular Closing Ceremony, with Coldplay, Rhianna and co providing a perfect send-off to London 2012
