Sainsbury's and Channel 4 present...Jody Cundy
In a sport where gold medals are won by the smallest of time margins, cyclist Jody Cundy understands the little things matter.
Be it his disc wheels on his track bike, his skin suits or his carbon fibre artificial leg - every split second counts.
"It's quite easy to lose a race by one-one thousand of a second," said the two-sport Paralympic champion in the second of his Sainsbury's films.
"When you're on the track it is you against the clock. Day in, day out we push ourselves to the absolute limit, constantly redefining what your body can do.
"So when it comes to a race situation it all clicks and you find that last little bit of strength and spirit when you need it. There's hundreds of thousands of a second that can be found in the technology we use.
"An extension of my bike is my artificial leg. For each medal I have won there is a little gold medal that sits on the inside of the leg. There's a little bit of space at the top that I can fit a few more in there."
