Who would play you in a film of your life?
"I'll go for Jim Carrey because he's brilliant at playing characters who are complete prats, just like me."


Ever been heckled by the crowd?
"Definitely. Heckling happens. I remember a match in Madrid a few years ago. I was having a blinder and decided to bait the crowd a bit and they responded. It felt like they wanted to kill me."


Have you ever pulled off an outrageous length-of-the-court hook shot?
"Sadly not. I've seen other players pull it off but not me, yet. The crowds absolutely love those shots."


Toughest opponents?
"The Australians. They've beaten us a few times recently."


What would you eat all day if you weren't an athlete?
"I don't deny myself too many pleasures. I'll say fish and chips."


What tunes do you listen to when you're training?
"I don't listen to anything during training because I need to be able to communicate with my team-mates, but I'm partial to a bit of R&B when I'm off the court."


Who's your basketball idol?
"For me, the greatest wheelchair player is Patrick Anderson of Canada. He's phenomenal."


The greatest basketball movie of all time is?
"Definitely 'White Men Can't Jump'. It's funny and it's also got some great and very realistic action scenes."
