There are some important dates in your diary this year. The 29th August to 9th September we all know about. But what's happening on the 7th October?
"I'm getting married to Francesca."

Congratulations. Paralympic gold, marriage. Any other ambitions for 2012 and the near future?
"I want to finish my MSc in sport and exercise physiology and use that in sport as a physiologist or work in childhood obesity."

It's the Games first. What makes them special?
"Beijing was very memorable and you see the most amazing people getting on with life and performing at sport. I'm looking forward to finishing and relaxing and enjoying watching the rest of the action."

What was the last naughty thing you did that you don't want your coach to find out about?
"Nothing, but only because I tell my coach everything. I can't keep my mouth shut - I'm really gobby."

What would you eat all day if you weren't an athlete?
"Macaroni cheese."

Who's your sporting idol?
"Ronnie O'Sullivan - he's really unpredictable, and a little bit bland. The combination makes him interesting."

Have you got any superstitions?
"No, I made sure I grew out of them because they were a bit stupid."

What's the best film featuring judo?
"James Bond always uses a judo throw, but it's a bit dramatic. It's in quite a few of the movies. When I was growing up I really liked fighting films - The Karate Kid was my favourite."

If you could have a superpower, what would it be?
"Flying. Definitely flying."

Do you have a party trick?
"I can balance a spoon on the end of my nose, does that count?

"Hollywood comes knocking. Who plays you in a film about your life?
"Danny De Vito - he's funny."

Do you have a nickname?
"Stumpy. Because I'm quite short. I like it."

Who's Tyrone?
"He's my bulldog. A British one."
