    What's your nickname?
    "Chicken Wings. It's not politically correct but my hands do look a bit like them so my team-mates don't hold back in taking the mickey. It's OK though. We all grill each other over dodgy stuff like that."

    What's been your most embarrassing moment in sport?
    "I once turned up for the Nationals without my balls, which I'd left at home. It was pretty embarrassing having to ask some of my Team GB colleagues if I could borrow theirs when they weren't playing. Mind you, I did win the competition so it turned out well in the end."
